Abstract

The work refers to a Cuban experience regarding communication, health and citizenship through radio program What do you think? producer producing dramatized radio art. In the inter-communication, health and citizens have a fundamental role the media masiva.¿Qué do you think? It has the function guide on various topics of everyday life, including the referral to health. The program is dramatized and is a starting point for the intervention of specialists in different fields of health explaining the problems presented in the broadcast. This program is an experience that reflects the responsibility we must have the means of communication of the subject matter. It is distributed by several stations in the country and being invited specialists from the village to which they cover the stations, communication must respond to the interests, needs and motivations of the community to whom it is addressed. The characteristics of the production process is explained to accomplish this communicative product and aspects of its content to demonstrate how the media can help promote responsible citizenship in these areas.
