Abstract

This paper aims to make an analysis of Empresa Brasil de Comunicação (EBC) in its eight years of existence, from the realization of the “Seminário Modelo Institucional da EBC: balanço e perspectiva” (Institutional Model Seminar EBC: Balance and Perspective), organized by its Board of Trustees, in August 2015. This seminar aimed to unite different political actors involved in the discussion of public communication, in general, and EBC, more specifically, to discuss the institutional model of the Company and strengthen their autonomy.
