Human resource in health: from the intuitive process to People Analytics

People analysis is a useful tool in behavioral research and in the indication of strategies that enhance the efficiency of the participants to carry out their tasks. In this perspective, this paper’s objective is to explore the potential of analysis of the data tool Big Data from the People Analytics for the health area. Therefore, the nursing professionals profiles were analyzed to examine the benefits of the device for the management of human resources in health and then, to promote its implementation.Downloads
