Education in Health: proposals and practices for academic and pedagogical training of teachers

The teaching practices have assumed the center of discussions when it comes to higher education in health. The official agencies of education and health and the forming of health professionals and institutions have presented developing policies and practices seeking to improve the academic and pedagogical training of future teachers. We present in this text the actions developed at the Clinical Research Graduate Program in Infectious Diseases, to strengthen and consolidate new research Educational practices for the promotion and health care and Training and reflective practices in health education, fostering the training of teachers able to think and build proposals for intervention in the educational process in its multiple theoretical, cognitive, operational and organizational dimensions as an initiative that contributes to the qualification and professional development for the National Health System.
