The future is a collective effort in which each actor contributes to the construction of knowledge. Trace the design of the action points in this favors the understanding of the whole. The Reciis has been consolidated in the fields of communication, information and health. What about this, recall the concept of the Eighth National Health Conference: is the result of supply conditions, housing, education, income, environment, work, transportation, employment, leisure, freedom, access and land tenure and access to health services. It is therefore primarily the result of the forms of social organization of production, which can generate large inequalities in living standards. "
