Abstract

Lifestyle medicine has as main goal to help individuals to prevent and treat diseases that restrict a healthy life. To assist this process, many digital solutions are being researched and developed. The objective of the study on which this article bases is to identify which mobile technology applications providing doctor-patient interaction aim to contribute to the improvement of healthy lifestyle. Thus, we performed a systematic review of literature in electronic databases Science Direct, IEEE, Springer and ACM, in May 2015. We included studies that describe the use of mobile technologies and have intervention mechanism between patient and professional, in order to effectively contribute to a healthy lifestyle.
